Ingredients:
200gr Halloumi
Rocket Leaves
Baby Pear poached in Muscat Wine
100gr Glazed Chicory 
Orange Juices
20gr Raspberry Puree 
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper 
   
Procedure:
Mix the Garden Green Leaves with Pear, Chicory and Dressing with Raspberry Vinaigrette
