The Pancyprian Organisation of Cattle Farmers (POCF) Public ltd, an organisation representing 80% of Cypriot milk producers, recognized by the European Union as a "Producer Organisation", is implementing, in cooperation with the European Union and the Republic of Cyprus, a programme on information provision and promotion of European products, more specifically the European Dairy Products (Kefalotyri, Halloumi, Anari and Yorgurt) in the U.A.E. (Dubai) and Kuwait.
Promotional and informative measures included in the programme, aim at highlighting the intrinsic features and advantages of Community dairy products, notably the quality and safety of food, specific production methods, nutritional and health value, labelling and high animal welfare standards with respect to the environment.
