Yoghurt is a light, easily digested, nutritional food. It contains all the ingredients of milk and because it is in a concentrated form it contains more calcium and proteins. In addition, the lactic acid has antiseptic attributes for the digestive system, preventing the development of harmful microorganisms. It is a complete meal and it can easily replace one of the two intermediate meals.

Yoghurt contains many nutritional ingredients in large quantities, with relatively low calories. This combination makes yoghurt a meal with high nutritional value, suitable for all ages. Its soft and refreshing taste makes yoghurt very pleasant for children. Its nutritional values mainly comes from the milk but also due to the results of the fermentation of the product.
